Easy Baked Oatmeal with Apples & Walnuts

There's a new breakfast in town! Like a morning bowl of creamy oatmeal, this easy breakfast casserole is full of healthy oats but it's also gussied up with warm fruit and nuts and our much-beloved cinnamon. Easy Baked Oatmeal is sweet enough to satisfy someone with a breakfast sweet-tooth (perhaps calling it "breakfast apple crisp"?!) but at least for me, not too sweet in the morning. Or you could call it a "flourless oatmeal cake" and serve it for dessert. I'm sharing for three seasonal versions of Easy Baked Oatmeal, two for fall, an Apples and Walnut combo and another with Pumpkin and Pears. But for summer? Go for Blueberries and Bananas!
