It's the same for singles and empty-nest couples. Often, it’s just easier to rely on frozen meals or carryout or doggie bags. That means no cooking, no waste and no clean-up – but to my mind, little pleasure, either. So this is a special collection of Kitchen Parade recipes, ones which I hope perfectly blend convenience and freshness, flavor and pleasure.
