Seasonal Sundays (Week 5) Late January

Well, hey, January. Yes, you demand pots of chili and bowls of soup and let's not forget to cook all the winter favorites because before we know it, it'll be .... spring again.

Warm Baked Feta & Tomatoes with Shrimp

Roast a block of feta cradled in small tomatoes and wow, something near miraculous emerges from the oven: feta crisp and golden on the outside but melty soft in the center plus bites of warm tomato submerged in a garlic-y tomato-y broth. If this kinda sorta sounds like the TikTok recipe phenomenon? That's because it is ... and yeah, it deserves the hype. Real Food, Fun & Family-Tested. Good news, you don't need to update or change a single thing for that to happen. If all goes as planned, your email address will convert over to the new service like clockwork. (If you use an RSS reader, you should not be affected.) I've tested all I can and do know that all future emails may look different than before. UPDATE: things didn't go exactly as planned. The new email service inserted a Weight Watchers image onto some versions of this post. I apologize ... twasn't me. I thank you for your patience these last months and thank the many readers who checked in, just to ma
