Brand-New & Recently Updated Recipes
Fresh, Seasonal Recipes for Everyday Healthy Eating & Occasional Indulgences. Quick Suppers. Helpful Tips for Both New & Experienced Cooks.
Never say never but there's a reason I'll never write a cookbook. In my kitchen, recipes are living, breathing things. Nearly all Kitchen Parade recipes are not only tested but time-tested. But that doesn't mean they're done.
Sure, my newest recipes are made several (and often more) times before you see them, tweaking, adjusting, simplifying, streamlining, perfecting. But even my oldest recipes get updates whenever I discover something new, maybe a substitute ingredient, maybe a change in technique plus the never-ending updates to Weight Watchers points.
So on this page, you'll find Kitchen Parade's newest recipes plus the recipes I've just updated with new photos, current Weight Watchers points and other useful updates. It's a great place to explore, a good mix of new recipes and long-time favorites and some times, even recipes that didn't get enough attention way back when first published.
Look around, there's lots to explore! Updated every week!
And if you like what you see, check out the Recipe Box, it's highly organized. That's because my goal is to make it super-easy for you to find exactly the kind of recipe you're looking for.

Thank you for taking a moment to write! I read each and every comment, for each and every recipe. If you have a specific question, it's nearly always answered quick-quick. But I also love hearing your reactions, your curiosity, even your concerns! When you've made a recipe, I especially love to know how it turned out, what variations you made, what you'll do differently the next time. ~ Alanna
